Chief Executive Officer

Role overview

Everett Financial is looking for a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to steer company-wide strategy, business expansion, executive leadership, and the organization’s long-term direction. The position is based in San Francisco, California, USA, within the financial services / fintech / digital finance space. This is a full-time executive-level role that requires extensive leadership experience.

What you will do

• Shape the company’s overall strategy and guide long-range planning.
• Direct senior leadership and oversee major business functions.
• Accelerate revenue growth, expand into new markets, and develop strategic alliances.
• Put in place robust governance, risk oversight, and compliance frameworks.
• Strengthen the organizational structure, improve operating efficiency, and ensure strong execution across the business.
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on major decisions and direction-setting.
• Serve as a senior representative of the company with investors, partners, clients, and other important stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• At least 20 years of experience in management or executive leadership.
• A strong track record in financial services, fintech, banking, investment, digital assets, technology, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading senior teams and handling complex business operations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Prior exposure to working with boards, investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and corporate leadership.

Preferred background

• Past experience as a CEO, President, COO, Managing Director, or in another senior executive capacity.
• Experience in team building, market entry, or business transformation initiatives.
• A strong network across investors, institutional clients, partners, or financial institutions.
• International business management experience is an advantage.
