Job Overview
A lower middle market multi-site healthcare services company is searching for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead significant expansion efforts sponsored by a private equity group. This leadership role demands a strategic and tactical executive to architect and drive aggressive growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The CEO will be accountable for laying a robust operational foundation to support future growth, implementing industry-leading practices and processes, and cultivating a high-performing leadership team. They will spearhead recruitment and acquisition of physicians, develop supporting infrastructure, and actively pursue mergers and acquisitions as part of the growth plan.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-location healthcare services management experience, particularly with multispecialty group leadership. Proven success in physician recruitment/acquisition, building scalable ancillary services, and managing substantial M&A activities is essential. Capability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, lenders, equity sponsors, and board members is critical.
Compensation and Benefits
