Market Focus

Initially focused on the U.S. autism therapy market, Inclusive AI works with private and group ABA therapy clinics, early intervention centers, special education programs, health systems and insurers, and parent networks seeking hybrid digital therapy solutions. The company is expanding its reach to the UK and Middle East regions.

Role Overview

The CEO & Co-Founder will lead the transformation of a proven technology platform into a commercially viable and clinically respected business across the US pediatric therapy ecosystem. This involves devising and implementing go-to-market strategies, building strategic partnerships, and driving commercial growth while working closely with investors and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement market entry and revenue plans across the Americas.
• Establish and grow partnerships with therapy clinics, educational bodies, and behavioral health platforms.
• Lead U.S. reimbursement and payor strategies, securing insurance support for digital therapy through CPT code alignment and collaborations with Medicaid and commercial insurers.
• Develop local pricing, channel strategies, and distribution methods to enhance adoption and retention.
• Recruit and manage high-performing teams in sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Engage regulators, advisors, and clinical experts to boost platform acceptance and credibility.
• Oversee profit and loss responsibilities and report to investors and the advisory council.
• Lead equity and strategic capital fundraising efforts, including investor communication and closing financing rounds.
• Represent the company in strategic negotiations and fundraising discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record as a founder or senior leader, ideally with one or two successful exits in health tech, edtech, or digital therapy sectors.
• Experience in engagement or sales with ABA clinics, pediatric therapy providers, or educational institutions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. therapy reimbursement systems and payor relations.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic GTM plans and achieve measurable growth.
• Excellent communication and storytelling aptitude for investor relations.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in dynamic early-stage environments.
• Bonus: personal or professional background linked to behavioral therapy, neurodiversity, or early childhood development.
• Must hold U.S. citizenship due to stakeholder, regulatory, and market requirements.
