Position Overview

We seek a visionary Chief Executive Officer with a strong foundation in marketing and merchandising, who has advanced to oversee operations at a senior executive level. The CEO will lead the organization’s strategic vision, manage complex operations, nurture global client relationships, and promote sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement the company’s strategic direction to achieve sustained revenue and profit growth, enhancing shareholder value.
• Foster a workplace culture driven by high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen and develop strategic alliances with notable international apparel brands and retail clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure long-lasting business partnerships while growing customer portfolios.
• Manage comprehensive manufacturing operations ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost management.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, digital transformation, operational excellence, and productivity improvements.
• Guide merchandising and marketing divisions to meet customer expectations and accelerate product development and market responsiveness.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supply chain to improve resilience and cost efficiencies.
• Hold full responsibility for the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Build and mentor an executive leadership team, encouraging accountability, collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, uphold high-quality standards, and promote sustainability, ESG, and ethical sourcing initiatives.
• Identify and drive business growth opportunities and innovation through technology and process automation to maintain market leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel, Textile Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• At least 20 years of ascending leadership experience in the apparel manufacturing and export sector.
• 8 to 10 years in senior executive roles such as CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Business Unit Head.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience progressing from merchandising and marketing to manufacturing operations and general management.
• Proven success managing large-scale manufacturing with global fashion brands, ideally in premium formalwear production.
• Experienced in multi-factory environments with large employee bases.
• Demonstrated capability in driving business growth, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
• Highly commercial mindset with excellent global business insight.
• Strategic thinker balancing customer needs and operational efficiency with a passion for leadership development.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders including customers, investors, and board members.
• Results-oriented with strong execution abilities; adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
