Job description
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced executive to run a B2B SaaS business from Spain within a fast-growing portfolio setting. The role combines broad strategic ownership with day-to-day operational leadership, covering growth, financial performance, team development, and organizational health. You will have full responsibility for the company’s P&L and will work with the backing of a global platform that reduces administrative overhead so you can focus on execution and scale.
You will shape market strategy, guide product and commercial direction, and build a high-performing organization in a competitive SaaS environment. The position requires someone who can act as both a strategist and an operator, influencing decisions across sales, product, and finance while building a culture centered on accountability and performance.
Key accountabilities
- Set the business direction and translate it into an executable plan aligned with market conditions and portfolio objectives.
- Take complete ownership of profit and loss, including budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Lead go-to-market execution across product-led growth, inbound demand, enterprise sales, and partnership-led channels.
- Improve operating efficiency by tracking KPIs, refining processes, and designing scalable operating models.
- Recruit, coach, and retain strong leaders, including planning for succession and structuring the organization effectively.
- Drive innovation in the product and business model, including the use of AI-enabled opportunities where relevant.
- Build a culture that values ownership, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent the company externally with customers, partners, investors, and wider industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with portfolio leadership to keep strategy and execution aligned.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has already served as a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS company and has a clear history of scaling revenue, retention, ARR, and profitability. You should bring strong commercial judgment, financial control, and hands-on leadership experience in transforming organizations at scale.
Success in this role also depends on the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, think strategically in complex environments, and convert vision into measurable execution. Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency is also expected. English fluency is required, and additional languages are considered an advantage.
Benefits and working model
- Fully remote-first setup with flexibility in both location and schedule.
- High autonomy and entrepreneurial ownership of a SaaS business inside a larger portfolio.
- Lower administrative and operational burden so you can concentrate on growth and strategy.
- Competitive compensation benchmarked to the market, with additional upside tied to performance.
- Access to a global network of SaaS operators and portfolio leadership expertise.
- Flexible time off to support rest, balance, and sustained performance.
- Low-bureaucracy, collaborative environment focused on impact and delivery.
- Opportunity to lead and scale a high-growth SaaS business with meaningful strategic influence.
