About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team for a confidential, enterprise-level organization undergoing significant growth. As Chief Executive of Global Brand Strategy, you will spearhead the development and execution of the overarching brand vision and positioning worldwide, ensuring the brand’s equity, consistency, and competitiveness.
The position entails making strategic decisions that unify all regions and business units under a compelling, differentiated brand direction. The role requires collaboration with the CEO, board, and regional stakeholders, offering a chance for tangible influence from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and own the enterprise brand vision, architecture, and differentiation strategy on a global scale.
  • Devise and manage comprehensive brand strategies across all corporate segments and regions.
  • Safeguard and enhance brand equity, constantly monitoring and countering competitive market activity.
  • Drive consistency of brand representation worldwide, while ensuring culturally appropriate local adaptations.
  • Prioritize and direct brand investment across diverse international markets.
  • Serve as a primary advisor to executive leadership, aligning brand initiatives with strategic goals and reporting outcomes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years in senior brand leadership, including demonstrated responsibility for directing global strategies at large organizations.
  • History of building, elevating, and protecting major brand equity on an international stage.
  • Mastery in brand architecture, positioning, and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams around the world.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with a record of making tough, enterprise-level trade-offs.
  • Outstanding communication abilities suitable for board and investor presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly regarded.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing brand strategy spanning multiple continents and diverse cultures.
  • Background in managing brand portfolios during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  • Expertise in advancing brand presence across digital platforms and technology channels.
