The application offers a comprehensive suite of services including doorstep washing, servicing, insurance assistance, challan management, and an automotive product marketplace, delivering a unified and technology-driven vehicle care experience across the country.
Role Overview
The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will spearhead overall business advancement, sustainable scaling, and the enhancement of customer experience. This role entails aligning and growing various service verticals such as doorstep auto-care, quick services, vehicle marketplaces, D2C, garage aggregation, and insurance & challan services. The CBO will be responsible for building robust systems that address customer trust issues while balancing technology implementation with local consumer needs to ensure profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and manage profitability across all business units.
- Oversee P&L management, operational efficiency, and scalable expansion initiatives organization-wide.
- Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies targeting specific business units, PIN codes, and local demographics.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to optimize product-market fit, logistics efficiency, reduce return-to-origin rates, and elevate service delivery quality.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships across multiple business verticals.
- Act as a critical liaison bridging technological teams and field operations to facilitate seamless platform scaling.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business growth, expansion, sales, and service leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling and leading business verticals, especially within auto technology, hyperlocal companies, or startup environments.
- Strong background in building and managing high-performing teams within product and technology-driven organizations.
- Advanced leadership skills with deep understanding of micro-market economics and go-to-market playbooks.
- Familiarity with aftermarket automotive service ecosystems and leveraging technology stacks for business advantage.
Additional Details
- Position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, requiring onsite presence.
- Standard workweek consists of five working days.
- Role may involve frequent travel.
