Role overview

This opportunity is for a senior banking technology leader to oversee a major financial institution’s application landscape in the UAE. The position calls for deep expertise in enterprise banking systems and the ability to guide large-scale transformation across critical business domains.

Key focus areas

The role covers end-to-end ownership of applications spanning core banking, payments, trading and treasury, wealth, risk and compliance, and broader enterprise systems. A strong background in banking technology strategy and hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Finacle and Calypso are essential.

Leadership and delivery expectations

The selected leader will be responsible for steering major application programs, improving system performance and resilience, and ensuring continuous modernization of mission-critical platforms. The role also involves directing cross-functional teams of more than 100 professionals and managing important third-party technology relationships.
