Role overview
Fairway Financial Partners is hiring a senior Chief Administrative Officer to direct administrative functions, internal management, governance support, and overall organizational effectiveness. The position is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the role itself described for San Francisco, CA, USA, and falls within the financial services / fintech / digital finance space. This is a full-time executive-level opportunity.
What you will do
- Set the direction for administrative operations and day-to-day internal management.
- Supervise administration support, HR coordination, office operations, vendor handling, and corporate services.
- Refine internal workflows, policy frameworks, SOPs, and overall operating efficiency.
- Assist with corporate governance activities, board coordination, compliance records, and internal reporting.
- Handle administrative budgets, resources, agreements, and business support services.
- Work closely with finance, legal, compliance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Make sure company policies, internal controls, and administrative procedures are consistently applied.
Experience and qualifications
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 10 years must be in a senior administrative leadership position such as Chief Administrative Officer, Administrative Director, Head of Administration, or a comparable role.
- Applicants should bring a strong foundation in corporate administration, internal operations, governance support, or executive management.
- Experience leading administrative teams, internal systems, vendors, and business support operations is expected.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- The ability to handle sensitive information and contribute to executive-level decisions is important.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth, international business environment is required.
Preferred background
Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, investments, digital assets, or technology is preferred. Prior exposure to board support, executive support, compliance teams, or governance-related functions will be an advantage. A solid grasp of internal controls, policy administration, and corporate operations is also desirable, along with experience in international or high-growth organizations.
