Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to instruct students of Classes 11 and 12 following the Maharashtra State Board curriculum. The candidate will play a key role in preparing students for their board as well as competitive exams by making complex chemistry subjects understandable and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver chemistry lessons to Class 11 and 12 Maharashtra State Board students in an engaging manner.
- Develop and implement lesson plans including study notes, assignments, and question banks.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
- Clarify student doubts through interactive discussions and foster conceptual clarity.
- Motivate students to enhance their academic outcomes focusing on board exam readiness.
Eligibility Criteria
- A master's degree in Chemistry is preferred, although candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant teaching experience will also be considered.
- At least two years of teaching experience with Classes 11 and 12 students.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Good understanding of Maharashtra State Board syllabus and examination patterns.
- Experience in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology is an advantage.
