Chemistry Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to instruct students of Classes 11 and 12 following the Maharashtra State Board curriculum. The candidate will play a key role in preparing students for their board as well as competitive exams by making complex chemistry subjects understandable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver chemistry lessons to Class 11 and 12 Maharashtra State Board students in an engaging manner.
• Develop and implement lesson plans including study notes, assignments, and question banks.
• Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
• Clarify student doubts through interactive discussions and foster conceptual clarity.
• Motivate students to enhance their academic outcomes focusing on board exam readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

• A master's degree in Chemistry is preferred, although candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant teaching experience will also be considered.
• At least two years of teaching experience with Classes 11 and 12 students.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Good understanding of Maharashtra State Board syllabus and examination patterns.
• Experience in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology is an advantage.

• Strong conceptual teaching capabilities oriented towards exam preparation.
• Ability to devise targeted strategies for board exams.
• Punctual and professional demeanor with a student-friendly approach.

Additional Information

• Position offers full-time or part-time engagement with flexible working hours including weekend batches.
• Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and teaching competency.
