Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee a kitchen section and assist in producing menus and daily services in a premium corporate dining setting in Sydney. This position involves working Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes following menu guidelines.
- Manage your designated kitchen area ensuring quality standards.
- Contribute to menu production and daily food service.
- Assist in stock management and order processing.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or comparable role.
- Proficient food preparation and cooking abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Unrestricted legal working rights in Australia (no Working Holiday visas).
- Residency in or near the Wodonga region preferred.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical checks and a national police clearance.
