- Handle simple customer issues directly and pass more complex matters to the daytime support team.
- Keep case notes and support records up to date in the internal system.
- Work in line with agreed out-of-hours procedures and service expectations.
- Provide the daytime team with clear handover notes for any unresolved cases.
- Spot repeated after-hours issues and bring them to the attention of support leadership.
- Keep a composed, courteous, and professional manner in every interaction.
Required Profile
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Availability for regular evening and weekend shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service or chat-based support.

- Strong troubleshooting ability and the capacity to work with limited supervision.
- Dependable and self-driven approach, especially when working outside standard office hours.
- A reliable home internet connection and a quiet place to work.
Preferred Experience
- Background in support roles that run on evening or weekend rotas.
- Exposure to customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom.
Work Arrangement and Offer
- Fully remote role available across the UK.
- Regular shift patterns covering evenings and weekends.
- Well suited to candidates who prefer non-traditional working hours.
- Clear responsibilities with defined service standards.
Compensation
Pay is £11 to £14 per hour, which is equivalent to approximately £21,450 to £27,300 per year based on a 37.5-hour working week.
