About Nebius
Nebius is pioneering a new generation of cloud infrastructure tailored for the global AI economy. Our mission is to create a comprehensive AI cloud platform that empowers developers and enterprises from data preparation and model training to production deployment, eliminating the high costs and complexity associated with in-house AI/ML infrastructure setups.
Founded and built by engineers, Nebius tackles the complex challenges of large-scale GPU orchestration, inference optimization, and integrated solutions spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI technologies. Headquartered in Amsterdam and publicly listed on Nasdaq (NBIS), Nebius operates globally with research and development centers throughout Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel. Our workforce includes over 1,500 staff, with a significant number of specialized engineers across hardware, software, and AI research.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner activities within the overall go-to-market approach.
- Monitor partner performance indicators including pipeline and forecasts; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Travel internationally approximately 25% of the time.
Candidate Profile
- Seven to ten or more years of experience in partner/channel management roles.
- Proven track record of generating enterprise cloud or IaaS revenues through partner channels.
- Active and well-established network of APJ partners including SIs, MSPs, and ISVs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with GPU or High-Performance Computing (HPC) expertise considered a plus.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership.
Success Metrics
- Enabling and activating strategic partners to contribute measurable pipeline within 6 to 12 months.
- Establish clear partner segmentation, coverage strategies, and execution models for the APJ region.
- Position Nebius as a respected and valuable cloud and GPU infrastructure partner within the ecosystem.
