Job Responsibilities
- Act as the lead liaison for assigned strategic and large accounts through Channel partnerships.
- Devise and implement strategies aimed at expanding account revenue via cross-selling and up-selling.
- Establish and maintain strong, multi-tiered relationships within accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their IT lifecycle and asset recovery needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Work jointly with teams including Client Success, Logistics Service Delivery, and Operations for flawless service delivery.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to illustrate value and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM platforms to monitor account health, track sales pipelines, and project forecasts accurately.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions aiming to optimize account profitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in account management or enterprise sales within IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), data center solutions, or related industries.
- Proven track record in expanding existing accounts or partnerships and meeting revenue goals.
- In-depth familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management, hardware remarketing, and onsite field ITAD services.
- Strong skills in relationship management, presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with CRM technologies such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Capability to engage effectively with both C-suite executives and technical experts in complex, matrixed organizational environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling key Channel partner relationships and managing major accounts like Fortune 1000 companies.
- Knowledge of large-scale client IT infrastructures and data center operations.
- Understanding sustainable IT asset practices, including remarketing and recycling.
- Analytical abilities to interpret client data and stay ahead of market trends.
