About the Role
Arctic Wolf is seeking a Channel Account Manager for ANZ to help expand its security operations business through partner-led growth. In this role, you will strengthen the company’s presence in the partner ecosystem, support territory revenue objectives, and drive new business with assigned channel partners. The position is remote, but you must be based in Sydney, Australia.
The role focuses on managing reseller relationships within Arctic Wolf’s channel framework, enabling partners to sell effectively, and building momentum for adoption of the company’s cybersecurity offerings. You will also contribute to sales, revenue, and partner recruitment targets while helping the organization advance its mission to reduce cyber risk.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong professional relationships with key contacts across assigned select partners.
- Create and execute partner enablement and training plans for the territory.
- Work closely with internal teams such as support, services, and management to help partners meet their goals and expectations.
- Take ownership of accurate sales forecasting, keep Salesforce updated, and work toward exceeding quota and revenue targets.
- Lead joint planning with partners and distribution teams, including milestones such as training certifications.
- Prevent channel issues by maintaining clear communication and following channel program rules.
- Promote the sale and adoption of new technologies within the assigned territory.
- Identify and recruit new partners who meet qualification standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a CAM, or equivalent experience as a CDM.
- More than 3 years of proven success in channel sales and territory management within infrastructure, networking, or security.
- Experience creating business and marketing plans together with partners.
- Working knowledge of the distribution channel model.
- Background in sales forecasting, spotting opportunities, and progressing deals to closure.
- Willingness to travel 20% to 30% of the time.
- Strong drive for results.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment.
- Cybersecurity channel experience is preferred.
- Background checks are required.

Compensation
The base salary range for this job family is 97,500 to 208,000 AUD per year. Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, location, and job family level. In addition to base salary, the role includes variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
