Change Management Consultant

About the Role

Ingrain Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role focuses on guiding organizations through significant cultural shifts to achieve lasting performance enhancements. You will empower leaders by building robust change capabilities within their workforces and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to foster cultural transformations and drive sustainable performance improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive organizational readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Analyze assessment results and present concise summaries to project teams and senior leadership.
• Develop and recommend strategic change plans based on assessment findings.
• Advise leadership teams on organizational development, change management, and behavioral change strategies to ensure successful project roll-outs.
• Collaborate with marketing organizations and leverage marketing tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to support change initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing activities focused on driving culture change and performance improvement.
• Proven ability to build change capabilities within workforces and teams.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting organizational readiness assessments and analyzing results.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, change management principles, and behavioral change dynamics.
• Experience working with or within marketing organizations and familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
