Change Management Consultant

Role overview

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead initiatives that support culture transformation and long-term performance gains. In this role, you will work with leaders and teams to strengthen their capability to adapt to change and embed improvements across the organization.

What you will do

You will assess organizational readiness for change, review the findings, and share a clear summary with the project team and senior leadership before a change approach is recommended. You will also guide leadership on organizational development, change management, and behavioral challenges that could affect a successful rollout.

Must-have background

This role requires strong supply chain knowledge and prior experience leading change initiatives. A solid background in impact assessments, training development, and instructional design is important. Experience in retail is preferred.
