Job description
Position Overview
We seek an accomplished and driven Change Management & Communication Consultant to contribute to a worldwide IT transformation project involving the rollout of e-Invoicing solutions across several global sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify, categorize, and engage relevant business and technical parties affected by changes.
- Maintain comprehensive stakeholder mapping databases and communication matrices customized for project needs.
- Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies meant to aid large-scale IT transformation efforts.
- Generate and circulate communications such as project updates, announcements, newsletters, and go-live alerts through multiple channels.
- Prepare and upkeep project-related documents, presentations, FAQs, change records, and meeting support materials.
- Examine impacts on organizational structures and processes triggered by system and workflow modifications.
- Assist in Change Impact Assessments by documenting present ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") operational scenarios.
- Lead workshops and alignment sessions involving business stakeholders, key users, and subject matter experts.
- Carry out Training Needs Analyses to determine learning requirements for various user groups.
- Design training curricula, learning pathways, and enablement plans tailored to both key users and end users.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business teams, technical staff, and external vendors to guarantee readiness for business changes.
- Promote adoption and engagement of change initiatives during the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience or genuine interest in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, or communications.
- Comprehensive understanding of organizational change and stakeholder engagement principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to develop polished documentation and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, notably PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Skill in organizing and coordinating activities across diverse stakeholders and international teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously yet collaborate efficiently within multicultural settings.
- Fluent professional-level English proficiency.
Additional Desired Experience
- Familiarity with Change Management frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
- Background in ERP systems such as SAP or related platforms.
- Exposure to digital, finance transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of e-Invoicing, electronic reporting, or tax compliance regulations.
- Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analyses.
- Understanding of Learning & Development or Training Needs Analysis methodologies.
- Work history in international or multi-country projects.
- Knowledge of project management approaches like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Expertise in communication planning and business readiness practices.
- Additional German and/or French language skills are advantageous.
