Change and Adoption Lead - AI Centre of Enablement

About the Role

Datacom is looking for a Change and Adoption Lead to champion AI implementation by focusing on the human element of transformation. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure teams embrace new AI-powered ways of working with confidence. It emphasizes a people-first approach to accelerate value realization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI capabilities by developing change strategies centered around employee experience.
• Assess change impacts thoroughly and address barriers to adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels including executives, managers, and frontline employees to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Create practical adoption plans, learning journeys, and communication frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Track and measure adoption outcomes using defined metrics and continuous feedback loops.

Essential Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing large AI, digital, or technology transformation initiatives with strong change management credentials.
• Experience applying established change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter models.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to craft engaging change narratives.
• Collaborative approach across functions with focus on actionable results.
• Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and embedding AI into business operations and customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, change management, information systems, or related disciplines; a master's degree is preferable.
• Background in technology or professional services sectors.
• Familiar with learning and development techniques, preferably working with AI academies or enablement centers.
• Experienced in leading change across remote or hybrid geographically dispersed teams.
• Skillful in defining adoption KPIs and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.
