• Pay Grade: $21.50 to $23.50 hourly

Role Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental patient care activities under nursing staff guidance
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate and high-quality care tailored to individual resident needs

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
• Demonstrate tact, patience, positivity, and enthusiasm, especially when working with difficult residents
• Effective interpersonal skills to engage respectfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory personnel
• Willingness to work collaboratively and harmoniously with colleagues
• Open to learning and adopting new methods in nursing practice
• Capable of accurately communicating resident condition information
• Must maintain a safe environment for all individuals at the workplace
