Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is aimed at seasoned senior leaders who want to apply their executive experience to create measurable impact across several businesses. In this position, you will partner with CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior leadership teams to improve decision-making, leadership impact, and overall performance through a structured coaching approach.
Business challenge
Many senior decision-makers work in fast-moving, high-pressure settings where they must make strong calls, keep teams aligned, and deliver results despite complexity. They often need an outside perspective, practical challenge, and experienced leadership guidance. Your role will be to help them operate with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
Why your background matters
Experience at VP level, C-suite level, or an equivalent senior leadership position brings real value to this role. You understand executive pressure, cross-functional decisions, business trade-offs, and what it takes to lead teams through growth, change, and accountability. That lived experience is what makes your coaching relevant and credible.
Key responsibilities
- Coach CEOs, business owners, and other senior leaders using a structured executive coaching framework.
- Offer clear challenge, practical direction, and unbiased feedback that supports leadership development.
- Help clients strengthen judgment, business decision-making, and leadership effectiveness.
- Develop trust and strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across different business contexts.
- Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive constructive outcomes.
- Bring business understanding and senior leadership insight to real executive situations.
- Complete employer-provided training on the client’s coaching model and delivery process.
Who this role supports
Your work will have a direct impact on CEOs, founders, senior executives, leadership teams seeking better alignment, and organizations that want more capable and self-aware executive decision-makers.
Success in the role
Strong performance in this position may look like trusted coaching relationships with senior clients, visible gains in leadership confidence and effectiveness, better decision quality among stakeholders, positive engagement with the coaching process, and consistent use of the framework in a professional way.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VP, C-suite, or similarly senior leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and influencing abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of leadership in complex environments.
- Ability to coach, challenge, and support senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
- A proven history of executive-level performance and leadership responsibility.
Especially valuable experience
Backgrounds such as CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, VP, General Manager, or business unit leadership are relevant. Additional value may come from executive coaching, leadership advisory, consulting, or mentoring work, as well as team building, business development, and cross-functional leadership exposure. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field can be an advantage, though it is not required. Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, or similar sectors may also be helpful. Equivalent senior leadership experience will be considered.
What makes this opportunity attractive
This position offers the chance to work closely with senior decision-makers and leadership stakeholders, apply executive experience in a high-impact coaching capacity, benefit from a flexible work-life balance, receive structured methodology and training from the client, and contribute value across multiple businesses rather than only one organization.
Additional information
Sensitive identity, right-to-work, and payroll details should only be collected at the relevant stage and only when legally necessary.
Equal opportunity
The client follows an equal opportunity approach and evaluates candidates based on relevant skills, experience, and fit for the role. Applicants with varied professional backgrounds and equivalent leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
