Opportunity Overview
This remote leadership role is designed for an accomplished executive who can both coach senior leaders and strengthen business operations. The organization is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company looking for someone who can work with executives and cross-functional teams to improve leadership capability, streamline processes, and support strategic expansion. Occasional travel is part of the arrangement.
The position is best suited to someone with substantial VP or C-suite experience who enjoys mentoring others while also delivering measurable operational outcomes.
Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
- Work one-on-one with senior leaders using a structured coaching framework; full training on the approach will be provided.
- Provide practical feedback and guidance to help executives improve judgment, performance, and leadership impact.
- Support leadership teams in strengthening collaboration, team culture, and professional growth.
Operational Excellence and Business Performance
- Partner with senior management to create and execute initiatives that improve efficiency, lower costs, and sustain growth.
- Help oversee core business functions such as finance, HR, and compliance so daily operations stay aligned with strategic goals.
- Spot and pursue operational improvements and new market opportunities.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive group on leadership, talent, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Drive programs that improve employee engagement, succession readiness, and a strong inclusive culture.
- Build productive business relationships and support initiatives that advance both internal performance and external growth.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in VP, C-suite, or similarly senior leadership positions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational strategy and manage high-performing teams successfully.
- Strong background in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of business strategy, market conditions, and effective leadership practices.
- Experience handling complex operations; exposure to legal or compliance matters is an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline is required, while a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
