Role Overview
This position is for an experienced executive coach who can advise CEOs and vice presidents working across Canada’s major growth sectors. The role centers on strengthening leadership capability, sharpening strategic decision-making, and supporting business leaders as they deal with complex organizational challenges. The coaching approach is personalized and structured, with the aim of helping senior executives in natural resources, real estate, technology, and healthcare perform at a higher level.
The opportunity is designed for a senior professional with deep industry experience and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to make a meaningful impact by mentoring future leaders and contributing to business and community outcomes in Canada.
Key Qualifications
- You should bring at least 6 years of experience in senior leadership roles, especially in sectors such as natural resources, technology, or healthcare.
- You need a strong ability to build strategies and turn them into practical actions that improve growth and operational performance.
- A solid grasp of how your industry works is important so that you can offer relevant and actionable advice.
- You must be comfortable analyzing difficult business problems and finding effective solutions across varied environments.
Preferred Background
- A master’s or doctoral qualification in Business, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred.
- Experience leading sustainability initiatives and introducing innovative approaches within your field is considered an advantage.
