This engagement is designed for senior healthcare leaders who can provide executive-level perspectives on payer strategy, insurance exposure, and operational decisions inside healthcare provider organizations. It is a focused, high-value survey/interview assignment intended to capture practical insights from experienced leadership.

Compensation for the assignment is $180 as a one-time payment, and the estimated time commitment is approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The role is remote.

Key responsibilities

Offer informed views on payer relationships and contracting approaches.
Explain operational and financial trade-offs from a leadership standpoint.
Take part in structured survey responses or interview-style questions.
Provide responses that are accurate, clear, and grounded in real experience.

Core requirements

Must currently hold an executive leadership position in a healthcare provider organization.
Should have direct involvement in insurance strategy, contracting, or payer relationships.
Needs a strong understanding of how operational and financial decisions are made.
Must be able to share organized, experience-based insights.
Should be able to complete the one-time engagement within the stated timeframe reliably.

Additional strengths

Background in smaller healthcare organizations or settings with high accountability is an advantage.
Exposure to managed care or contracting work is preferred.
