Key Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership on improving leadership effectiveness and operational processes.
- Deliver one-on-one and team leadership coaching using structured methodologies.
- Support initiatives that enhance teamwork, decision-making, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to operational excellence efforts emphasizing efficiency, process improvement, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate across business functions including finance, HR, and compliance to align operations with strategic goals.
- Identify actionable opportunities for performance enhancement and assist in implementation planning.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, offering clear and practical guidance.
- Help leadership maintain momentum on strategic and organisational priorities.

Candidate Profile
- At least five years in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing leadership, executive coaching, or mentoring senior leaders.
- Experience driving operational strategies and enhancing business outcomes.
- Ability to operate across multiple functions with sound judgment and discretion.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
