Position Overview

This newly structured role offers an independent franchise opportunity where the Centre Director and Franchisee takes full ownership of their territory after purchasing the license. The purchase options include a £35,000 franchise license or an £85,000 comprehensive setup package. Territory locations can be selected anywhere in the UK, provided they are at least 80 miles distant from existing DSC centres. The Franchisee will be responsible for overseeing the centre's performance against targets while ensuring adherence to clinical, operational, and regulatory standards. Each franchise operates within a protected exclusive area, with a goal to develop the centre to achieve minimum annual revenues of £500,000 and a typical gross profit margin around 70% at full maturity. The role encompasses responsibility for overall franchise results, business growth, and nurturing a workforce culture that reflects Diamond Skin Care's clinical leadership values and regulatory compliance, including CQC policies.

Qualifications and Suitability

Six candidates will be selected to join this initiative. Ideal applicants should have healthcare experience as managers, nurses, or doctors and must meet most of the following criteria, subject to due diligence:

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit
• A drive to own and grow their own business
• Skills in operational and business management, including financial planning and performance evaluation
• Expertise in customer and patient service ensuring a high-quality care experience
• Organizational proficiency and problem-solving capabilities to manage daily centre functions effectively
• Healthcare, dermatology, or comparable service environment experience is advantageous
• Possession of a relevant degree or professional certification in business, healthcare management, or allied fields is beneficial
• Legal right to work or operate a business in the United Kingdom
