Job description

Role overview

This is a high-impact position for someone who wants to shape what happens next, not simply preserve current operations. A fast-scaling, multi-location franchise business in the health, wellness, and beauty space is hiring a Central Operations Manager to lead the commercial growth agenda across its UK estate. Backed by strong international investment, the brand is entering a pivotal stage of expansion and needs someone who can turn growth plans into measurable results.

The role is focused on building and scaling new initiatives, improving commercial performance, and ensuring projects move from concept to delivery across multiple sites.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the introduction of new treatment categories, including the operational framework, staged rollout, adoption monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Improve commercial outcomes across the network by refining pricing, packaging, consultation-to-sale conversion, and addressing revenue shortfalls where they appear.
  • Oversee the rollout of new technology and systems as they are introduced across the estate.
  • Maintain the overall growth project plan, including milestones, owners, and regular reporting to the Operations Director.

What the business is looking for

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered growth-focused commercial projects in a multi-site, customer-facing environment. You should be comfortable working across different teams without having direct line authority and be skilled at influencing others to get outcomes delivered. A strong grasp of how execution works on the ground at site level is essential.

Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is advantageous, although candidates with a background in QSR, hospitality, or retail and a track record of scaling commercial initiatives will also be considered.

Role details

  • Salary range: £48,000 to £60,000, based on experience.
  • Working arrangement: UK office-based with travel to sites.
  • Reporting line: Operations Director, UK.
  • Employment: Permanent.
