Job Overview
This role focuses on driving the sales of cement products in the vicinity around Pamarru, Krishna District. Candidates experienced with sales in ready-mix concrete, tiles, cement, electrical items, or building materials are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cement products within assigned nearby areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior sales experience in ready mix concrete, tiles, cement, electrical goods, or related building materials is essential.
- Age should be under 35 years.
- Preference given to local candidates possessing a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
- Must hold at least a graduate degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from ₹200,000 to ₹375,000 annually, dependent on experience.
- Initial employment under third-party payroll with benefits including Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, annual bonus, and gratuity.
- Performance-based incentive schemes available.
- After completing one year of service, the candidate will be absorbed into the company's direct payroll.
