About the role

This position supports the growth of enterprise partners within the US commerce business. The role is centered on expanding partner accounts, increasing top-line revenue, and strengthening the platform’s e-commerce ecosystem so it remains secure, easy to use, and effective for both users and business partners.

What you will do

  • Bring new merchants into the category and help them scale.
  • Create partnership approaches that fit both near-term and long-term merchant growth plans, while using platform resources efficiently.
  • Work with internal teams to remove blockers and solve business growth challenges.
  • Advise sellers with a consultative mindset across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics.
  • Keep active sellers informed about product updates and new promotional opportunities on the shop platform.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base pay range for this role in Seattle is $102,600 to $159,600. Total compensation may also include discretionary bonuses or incentives and restricted stock units, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Benefits can vary based on employment type and work location, but may include medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and wellbeing benefits. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays each year, 10 paid sick days annually, and 17 days of paid personal time, prorated at hire with accrual increasing by tenure.
