Role Overview
The Casino Games Specialist reports directly to the Casino Games Manager and will be part of a five-member team. This position involves overseeing, optimizing, and promoting the online casino game lineup to deliver an engaging, compliant, and profitable experience for players. The specialist acts as a liaison between game suppliers, marketing, product, and compliance teams to boost performance and ensure timely delivery of gaming content.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain a high-performing portfolio of casino games from various international providers
- Schedule game releases, negotiate promotional deals, and manage the delivery of game assets
- Analyze performance indicators to evaluate game success and player engagement
- Identify and improve underperforming games through targeted strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement game-focused promotions, events, and tournaments
- Develop and nurture relationships with providers to secure exclusive titles and early releases
- Coordinate with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure smooth content integration and adherence to regulations
- Stay informed on iGaming market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Innovate new game formats to enhance player retention and lifetime value
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year experience in casino gaming with solid understanding of game mechanics and knowledge of key providers
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret player data and extract actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing supplier relationships
- A collaborative team player who is proactive and focused on results
- Flexible and adept at solving problems in fast-paced, changing environments
Recruitment Process
