Overview

Key Duties

• Welcome customers courteously and warmly.
• Efficiently complete all purchase transactions, including handling merchandise deactivation under the EAS Program.
• Promote various company-sponsored initiatives such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable programs.
• Support customers by assisting with bagging and loading their purchases.
• Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Protect register security by practicing diligent cash management and compliance with relevant policies while staying alert to the environment.
• Refer customers to the Customer Service Manager for additional service or transactional needs when necessary.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.
