Job description
Position Overview
This role entails managing cashiering operations at the casino cage and Chip Bank, including financial transactions, customer assistance, and regulatory compliance. The Cage Cashier will support customers with self-service kiosks, conduct daily balancing of cash and chips, and uphold all operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cashier duties at the cage and Chip Bank accurately and efficiently.
- Handle Cage, Chip Bank, Controller, and Count activities with precision.
- Assist customers using self-service kiosks by resolving basic technical problems.
- Deliver professional and prompt service to both internal and external patrons.
- Maintain accountability for all financial instruments within cage and chip bank operations, completing daily reconciliations.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory, policy, and standard operating guidelines.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to meet statutory regulations.
- Possess a minimum education level equivalent to GCE 'N' level.
- Experience in banking or cashier roles is advantageous.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
