About the Role
We are hiring for the position of CASA Sales Officer at Axis Bank, an on-roll employment opportunity. This role focuses on field sales involving direct customer interaction and marketing efforts to promote the bank's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the bank's products to new customers.
- Engage in daily local travel to identify and meet potential customers.
- Reach out to existing clients to encourage additional deposits and cross-sell banking products.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates with any graduation degree are eligible to apply for this role. Assignment location will be at the branch closest to the candidate's residence.
Compensation and Growth
The offered annual CTC is approximately ₹19,000 per month, comprising a base take-home salary of ₹16,000 along with incentives that can go up to ₹50,000 monthly. Successful candidates have the opportunity for promotion to Area Sales Manager (ASM) within six months.
