About the Role
Join Axis Bank as a CASA Sales Officer based in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-roll position welcoming both fresh graduates and experienced candidates. The role focuses on driving sales for Current Account and Savings Account products while engaging in various marketing activities and customer interactions within the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's CASA products.
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns in designated regions to cultivate leads.
- Engage in daily local travel to connect with prospective and current customers.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to promote repeat engagements.
- Upsell additional financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to the existing customer base.
- Motivate customers to increase deposits in their accounts.
- Maintain strict compliance with the bank's regulatory and policy standards.
- Participate in and complete all required training and certification programs provided by the bank.
Additional Information
- Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required.
- Working days align with banking schedules, with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
- This position offers performance-based incentives, potentially up to ₹20,000 per month.
