Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated CASA Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers, generating leads through active field sales and open market initiatives, and cross-selling various banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance policies, Credit Cards, and Loans. The officer will foster strong customer relationships and consistently meet sales targets, while also managing customer onboarding and KYC documentation processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in banking, particularly in CASA or BFSI sales.
- Exhibit excellent communication and persuasive sales abilities.
- Be goal-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Preference is given to candidates owning a two-wheeler for field mobility.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary between 22,000 and 40,000 INR, supplemented by attractive incentive schemes and opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.
