Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Officers to actively acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers while promoting additional banking products for cross-selling opportunities. Ideal candidates should possess a strong sales aptitude, excellent customer relationship management skills, and relevant experience within the BFSI or NBFC sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account holders to meet monthly acquisition and revenue goals.
- Identify, source, and onboard New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
- Promote and cross-sell products such as Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold Loans, Trade/Forex services, among other banking offerings.
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Generate sales leads through direct field visits, leveraging references, and engaging with local market opportunities.
- Ensure all customer documentation complies fully with KYC standards and adhere to regulatory frameworks.
- Follow the bank’s prescribed policies and operational procedures accurately.
- Submit timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports and updates.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 5 years of professional experience in Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, or Insurance sales.
- Preferred experience areas include CASA sales, liability sales, relationship management, business development, or sales of financial products.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable performing field sales and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of KYC protocols and various banking products.

Compensation
