About the Role
We are seeking a CASA Sales Officer to join Axis Bank in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-roll position for candidates with any graduate qualification. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will earn a fixed salary of ₹19,000 per month with potential performance incentives up to ₹20,000 monthly. Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have access to a two-wheeler for local travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by promoting and selling the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives in designated areas to generate business leads.
- Regularly travel locally to meet prospective and existing clients for relationship building.
- Maintain customer relations to stimulate repeat business and enhance deposit growth.
- Cross-sell various banking services such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to the client base.
- Encourage customers to increase their account deposits.
- Comply fully with all banking regulatory and compliance policies.
- Complete compulsory training and certification programs provided by the bank.

Work Schedule
