Role summary
Walmart is hiring Cart Attendants for its Huntsville, Alabama location. In this role, you will help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping carts available, organized, and clean, while supporting a safe and pleasant store environment.

Schedule
This position is available as full-time or part-time. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.
Pay and additional compensation
The hourly pay range is $15 to $28. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. Eligible associates may also receive annual or quarterly performance incentives. In some cases, premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed, and more than one premium may be available when multiple conditions are met.
What the job involves
Cart Attendants are responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, using equipment to transport carts back into the store, and keeping carts sanitary and clean. The role requires a consistently positive attitude, including working in all weather conditions.
