Cart Attendant

Position Overview

Cart Attendants play a vital role in ensuring customers experience a welcoming and positive first and last impression when visiting Walmart stores. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, utilizing equipment to transport carts back inside the store, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the carts. This position requires a consistently positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wages range between $15 and $28, with actual pay rates adhering to or exceeding local minimum wage laws.
• Additional earnings can come from annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on factors such as work schedule, facility, seasonal demands, or particular job tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying simultaneously.

Work Schedule and Location

• Employment is full-time with available shifts including mid-shift and closing hours.
• Worksite is Walmart Supercenter #904, located at 2200 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL, 36535, USA.
