Role overview

For one of our clients in Göttingen, Piepenbrock is looking for a full-time caretaker to support site maintenance and day-to-day upkeep tasks.

What you will do

• Mow lawns and take care of planted areas.
• Carry out hedge and shrub trimming as needed.
• Keep pathways and walkways clean.
• Handle winter service duties during the cold season.
• Provide transport runs when required.
• Complete minor repair work around the property.
• Coordinate working hours with the responsible site manager.

Your profile

• You already have initial experience working as a caretaker or in a similar role.
• You hold a valid category B driving licence.
• You are dependable and punctual.
• You present yourself in a friendly manner and maintain a neat appearance.
• You enjoy working independently and bring a high level of commitment.
