Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service to enhance the visitor experience.
- Handle front office administrative duties efficiently.
- Maintain the appearance and health of grounds and gardens.
- Perform maintenance work on park facilities and assets to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensure all park areas comply with safety regulations and brand standards.
- Carry out daily operational tasks, including providing after-hours and on-call coverage when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in groundskeeping and property maintenance is essential.
- Proficient computer skills for administrative tasks.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Pool maintenance experience is beneficial.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, evenings, and respond to after-hours calls.
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
Additional Information and Requirements
- Candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance prior to any job offer.
- A valid state-specific Working with Children Check is required.
- This job involves physical activities such as lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, and handling chemicals and machinery.
