Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Providing excellent guest service and support to enhance visitor satisfaction.
- Managing front office administrative duties efficiently.
- Maintaining the park's grounds and gardens to a high standard.
- Performing maintenance duties on all park assets and facilities to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and brand standards across park operations.
- Handling daily operational tasks and providing after-hours/on-call support as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in groundskeeping and property maintenance roles.
- Proficient computer skills to support administrative functions.
- Capability to safely operate grounds maintenance equipment.
- Strong time management abilities for effective task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships.
- Preferred experience in pool maintenance.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and respond to after-hours calls.
- Possession of a current driver's license is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Pre-employment Federal Police Clearance is required.
- Valid Working with Children's Check specific to the region is mandatory.
- The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, and handling chemicals and machinery.
