Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Louisville, Tennessee for in-home, one-on-one support that helps older adults stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes. Compensation and Bonus

The role offers pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour, along with a $500 sign-on bonus for new hires. A pay increase may be available after 90 days. The employer also provides next-day pay through the Immediate Pay App.

Schedule

Key Duties

Caregivers will assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, along with support for soft diets. The job also involves meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Mileage reimbursement is available when driving for errands or transportation on behalf of clients.
