Westcare Homecare Ltd is hiring Healthcare Assistants to support clients in Kingscourt, Shercock, Butlers Bridge, and Belturbet in County Cavan, Ireland. This is a hands-on care role for someone who wants meaningful work, fair pay, and a supportive workplace.

Key duties
- Assist clients with everyday personal care, including washing, dressing, and mealtimes
- Support safe movement and help maintain independence
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
- Observe client wellbeing and escalate any concerns appropriately
- Help keep the home environment safe, pleasant, and comfortable
What you need
- A full Irish driving licence and access to a car
- QQI Level 5, or an equivalent qualification
- A dependable, kind, and positive approach
- Previous care experience is helpful but not required
