Role overview
One You Love Homecare is seeking a part-time caregiver for the 7:00am to 11:00am shift. In this role, you will support clients in their homes with non-medical care that helps them stay comfortable, safe, and independent.
The position focuses on companionship, personal support, help with routine activities, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and other day-to-day care tasks.

Schedule and working hours
- Hours may change based on client requirements.
- Scheduling can be flexible, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Offer friendly companionship and emotional encouragement.
- Support daily routines, including personal care and movement assistance.
- Prepare food and help clients with meals when needed.
- Keep clients safe and communicate any changes in condition.
- Follow infection control practices and adhere to the care plan.
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
- Handle light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Give reminders for medication schedules.
- Record shift activity accurately and clock in and out properly.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is an advantage.
- State certification and a valid license in good standing, where applicable.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required, along with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance if client transport is part of the job.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to help clients with transfers and mobility support.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
