About the Role

We are a growing security services provider in the Laatzen area and are looking for dependable, motivated career changers to join us as ticket inspectors. The role is centered on passenger safety, orderly operations, and courteous service in trains.

You will become part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, reliability, and continuous improvement. We place strong emphasis on structured training and ongoing development so you can build your skills and grow with the company.

Working Conditions

This position is designed for a 40-hour work week and comes with a permanent contract. The earliest possible start is immediately. Compensation is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour.

Key Duties

  • Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help keep train operations running smoothly.
  • Politely explain fare rules, ticket conditions, and tariff-related questions to passengers.
  • Record passenger counts and ticket inspection results accurately to support service quality.
  • Handle unexpected situations quickly and professionally to support safety and order onboard.
  • Work closely with train staff to ensure a pleasant and coordinated travel experience.

Profile and Entry Requirements

No §34a security certificate is required to get started. If you do not already have this qualification, the employer will support you through the §34a GewO training route and guide you into the security field.

Applicants from many different backgrounds are welcome, including people with experience in warehouse work, driving, hospitality, and other fields. The role is open to career changers as well as candidates with relevant experience.
