What the job involves

  • Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help keep train operations running smoothly.
  • Explain fare and ticket rules in a friendly way and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
  • Record passenger counts and ticket checks accurately to support service quality.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to maintain safety and order on board.
  • Work closely with train staff to create a coordinated and pleasant travel experience.

Training and entry support

No §34a security certificate is required at the outset. Candidates without this qualification are still welcome, and the company supports the required §34a GewO training and the transition into security services. Both experienced applicants and career changers can apply.
