Candidate Profile

Backgrounds in coaching, consulting, leadership, HR, recruitment, or people development preferred
Effective and professional communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated
Values flexibility, independence, and continuous self-improvement
Comfortable adopting and utilizing digital communication tools and marketing systems

Key Responsibilities

Engage in meaningful conversations aimed at personal and career growth exploration
Guide and support individuals through established professional development paths
Participate in online leadership and training sessions actively
Network and build authentic connections through platforms such as Zoom and LinkedIn
Implement provided systems and resources to enhance business development efforts
