Role Overview
We’re hiring a Car Wash Attendant in El Paso, Texas for a hands-on, customer-focused role with Hertz. This position suits someone who is proud of delivering quality work, enjoys working around vehicles, and is motivated to help keep customers satisfied.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay starts at $11.00 per hour.

Key Duties
- Perform vehicle service and upkeep checks to help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain every vehicle according to the Hertz Gold Clean Standard.
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Verify that fuel levels and all fluids meet required standards.
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Candidate must be at least 20 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
